Khums/ Fifth Share of the Plunder:-
The Fifth meaning Khums or (20%), is the portion of all booty, plunder and loot taken in PIRATICAL RAIDS upon innocent and unsuspecting tribes and people that are the SHARES of Allah and Muhammad.
The Quran and Ahadith do not tell us the percentage proportion of the Khums that belongs to Allah and what to Muhammad. One must come to the conclusion after studying the subject, that it is actually irrelevant, since Allah NEVER claimed his share, all of which hence belonged to Muhammad.
Why would Allah, the alleged creator of the universe, need a share from the booty and plunder of his own creation, as perpetrated by Muhammad and his thugs?
Neither Muhammad nor the Ahadith - nor for that matter any of his followers, past present or future - can possibly give a logical and reasonable explanation for it. In fact, to attribute to Allah such a need, is by itself an act of utter BLASPHEMY.
4: 94 O ye who believe! when ye go abroad in the cause of Allah investigate carefully and say not to anyone who offers you a salutation: "Thou art none of a believer!" Coveting the perishable goods of this life: with Allah are profits and spoils abundant. Even thus were ye yourselves before till Allah conferred on you His favors: therefore carefully investigate for Allah is well aware of all that ye do.
*** Muhammad's Allah, rewards his followers with booty and spoils on earth and even greater ones in the afterlife, for massacring, murdering, despoiling, subjugating, raping, plundering and enslaving all those who do not believe 'in Allah and his messenger Muhammad'.
Muhammad's 'Compassionate and Merciful' Allah, deliberately PRE-DESTINED these wretched creatures to their undeserved fate.
They had no choice or free will in the matter. It is no wonder, that a great number of avaricious men, would follow and believe in such a 'generous' deity ***
8: 1 They ask thee concerning (things taken as) spoils of war. Say: "(Such) spoils are at the disposal of Allah and the apostle: so fear Allah and keep straight the relations between yourselves: obey Allah and His apostle if ye do believe." …..41 And know that out of all the booty that ye may acquire (in war) a fifth share is assigned to Allah and to the apostle and to near relatives orphans the needy and the wayfarer if ye do believe in Allah and in the revelation We sent down to Our servant on the day of testing the day of the meeting of the two forces. For Allah hath power over all things.
6:136 Out of what Allah hath produced in abundance in tilth and in cattle they assigned Him a share: they say according to their fancies: "This is for Allah and this for our `partners'"! But the share of their `partners' reacheth not Allah whilst the share of Allah reacheth their `partners'! Evil (and unjust) is their assignment!.
***This verse attacks the pagan unbelievers in the usual Muhammadan Projective Identification methodology - whereby the criminal gives negative attributes to his victim to justify his own criminality - especially since it was Muhammad and his followers who kept the Khums/Fifth of their plunder and booty as Allah never took any of his share. It is the case OF THE KETTLE CALLING THE POT, BLACK ***
Like clockwork, this percentage also, is plagiarized from both the Torah and Scriptures. Joseph was in fact the first 'Muslim' to legislate that 20% or the fifth part of all the produce of Egyptian agriculture was to be given to Pharaoh (Genesis 47:24-26) which is paralleled in the Quranic verse above and was well known to Muhammad. Another source is the rabbinical ordinance that one fifth is the maximum permissible for charity.
In Kethubot 50a, "..He who spends (his property in charity) must not spend more than the fifth.."
While Muhammad was alive, the Zakat was voluntary but was later made compulsory by his followers as the Arab Empire started expanding and establishing itself.
This too was copied from the Hebrew law regarding the collection of the Tithes that was well known to both Muhammad and the lawgivers who followed him.
Sahih Muslim HadithHadith 4328 Narrated bySa'd ibn AbuWaqqas
Mus'ab ibn Sa'd said: My father took a sword from Khums and brought it to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: Grant it to me. He refused. At this Allah revealed (the Qur'anic verse): "They ask thee concerning the spoils of war. Say: The spoils of war are for Allah and the Apostle"
(viii.1).
*** All the spoils of war are for Muhammad only to dispense with as he wished. He invariably used the booty and plunder to bribe and intice pagan Arabs to join his cult and to buy weapons to fight with.
As usual, a very convenient and MADE to ORDER verse 'descends' from Allah to justify it by divine order ***
Sahih Muslim HadithHadith 4346 Narrated byAbuHurayrah
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: If you come to a township (which has surrendered without a formal war) and stay therein, you have a share (that will be in the form of an award) in (the properties obtained from) it. If a township disobeys Allah and His Messenger (and actually fights against the Muslims) one-fifth of the booty seized therefrom is for Allah and His Apostle and the rest is for you.

The Prophet sent 'Ali to Khalid to bring the Khumus (of the booty) and I hated Ali, and 'Ali had taken a bath (after a sexual act with a slave-girl from the Khumus). I said to Khalid, "Don't you see this (i.e. Ali)?" When we reached the Prophet I mentioned that to him. He said, "O Buraida! Do you hate Ali?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Do you hate him, for he deserves more than that from the Khumus."

The Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) said on the day of Badr: He who does such-and-such, will have such-and such. The young men came forward and the old men remained standing near the banners, and they did not move from there. When Allah bestowed victory on them, the old men said: We were support for you. If you had been defeated, you would have returned to us. Do not take this booty alone and we remain (deprived of it). The young men refused (to give), and said: The Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) has given it to us. Then Allah sent down: "They ask thee concerning (things taken as) spoils of war, Say: (Such) spoils are at the disposal of Allah and the Apostle......Just as they Lord ordered thee out of thy house in truth, even though a party among the believers disliked it." This proved good for them. Similarly obey me. I know the consequence of this better than you.
*** Muhammadan Islam was, is and forever will be primarily, about booty, plunder, rape and enslavement .
Nothing can change under the DOGMAS of the Quran and the Sunna ***
